Personalized Six Week Meal Planning Program

  • Initial Consultation and Nutrition Counseling
  • Weigh in and Body Measurement at the beginning and end of program
  • Nutrition Program Design and Review bi-weekly for 6 weeks (total of 3 follow-up sessions)

Personalized Twelve Week Meal Planning Program

  • Initial Consultation and Nutrition Counseling
  • Weigh in and Body Measurement at the beginning and end of program
  • Nutrition Program Design and Review bi-weekly for 12 weeks (total of 6 follow-up sessions)
